Article 1 – Subject
This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the digital services ordered electronically by the Customer from the website/platform of the Seller.

Article 3 – Service Information

The services subject to this contract are online architecture and design packages.

No physical product delivery will be made.

Delivery of services will be provided through e-mail and/or digital communication platforms as specified by the Seller.
Article 4 – Delivery Terms

Service delivery begins on the agreed date after the order confirmation.

Delivery time depends on the package purchased and the Customer’s requirements.

Since services are provided digitally, delivery is deemed completed once the relevant files or works are shared electronically.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days if the service has not yet started.

If the service has started or has already been delivered, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, and no refunds will be made.

All withdrawal or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to tubaoztrk@gmail.com.
Article 6 – Refund Conditions

If the withdrawal request is valid and the service has not started, the Customer will be refunded in full within 14 business days.

No refund will be made for projects that have already started or been delivered.
Article 7 – Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this contract shall be governed by Turkish law.

The Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Courts in the Customer’s place of residence or the Seller’s location are authorized.
Article 8 – Effectiveness
This contract becomes effective once the Customer completes the purchase electronically. By confirming the order, the Customer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract.
