Delivery Terms

• Purchased services are provided online only. No physical product will be shipped.

• Service delivery is carried out via e-mail or digital platforms according to the agreed schedule and scope.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the type of package purchased and customer requirements.

 

Refund and Cancellation Terms

​

• Since the service is provided digitally, no refunds are made for delivered or initiated projects.

• For orders that have not yet been started, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

• Once the work has started, no refunds will be issued.

• All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to tubaoztrk@gmail.com.
